First Snow of the Season

Even all bundled up, it was just a bit too cold and breezy for Luke.

This was a quick photo snapped from the front porch
before I took him back inside.

This is the kids' first snowman ever!
They can hardly wait for more snow to build another one.

Anna kept taking off her mittens
(or "glubs" as they both called them)
and then complaining how cold her hands were.
Silly girl!

Sam enjoyed brushing snow off everything.
This was his incredulous face when I told him
I wanted the snow on everything!

After the kids got too cold to play anymore, we went inside and made hot chocolate. (I should have made the hot chocolate first, then they could have run off the sugar high outside!)

I don't have pictures of Elli because she didn't even get a snow delay that day. :(
